Returns
Our policy lasts one days. If day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
لقبول عملية استبدال المنتج يشترط ان لا يكون قد مضى على شراء المنتج  يوم عمل
لضمان عدم رفض عملية الاعادة يجب ان يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي نفس الحالة التي مت شرائه فيها او فالعبوة الاصلية

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your application is approved, the amount will be refunded by cash in the bank account within 4 business days.
وبمجرد استلامنا المنتمج للمعاينة وفحصها ، سنرسل إليك بريدًا إلكترونيًا لإعلامك بأننا قد استلمنا المنتج الذي تم إرجاعه
وسنعلمك ايضا بالموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع او رفضه
إذا تمت الموافقة على طلبك ، فسيتم ارجاع المبلغ نقدا عن طريق الايداع في الحساب البنكي ، خلال 7 ايام عمل

Exchanges
الاستبدال

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aoperfumes.aj@gmail.com and send your item to: Ajman, aljazera, Ajman AJ, United Arab Emirates.
نحن فقط نستبدل البضاعة إذا كانت معيبة أو تالفة. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى استبدالها بنفس المنتج

Shipping
الشحن

سوف تكون مسؤولاً عن دفع تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بك لإعادة العنصر الخاص بك. تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا تلقيت استردادًا ، فسيتم خصم تكلفة إعادة الشحن من المبلغ المسترد.
